Get your company cited when buyers ask AI

Your buyers ask ChatGPT and Google AI who to hire before they ever talk to sales. In this workshop your team learns how to show up in those answers, how to track it and how to tie it to pipeline.

It starts with the leadership team

Don't ask your team to do something next week that you don't understand yourself. Keyword rankings and clicks used to be the scoreboard. AI search needs ruthless objectivity, experiments and measurement that looks more like how your sales team counts wins.

So the first session is with you, and the rest is with your team.

What your team works through

Agree on the goal
What AI search is supposed to do for you, what you'll be judged on, who does the work, who makes the calls and how long you have to show results. We start with a problem, not a tool.
Set up tracking
Where you show up in AI Overviews and AI answers, AI referrals in your analytics and labels in your CRM so a cited page can be tied to a deal. One dashboard for the team and one for leadership.
Find your closest wins
Where you already have authority, which pages AI Overviews are taking traffic from and which content is worth reviving. Then 5 to 10 priorities ranked from easiest to hardest.
Run it like experiments
Monthly check-ins on what moved. A jump in traffic doesn't prove your last change caused it, and a drop doesn't prove you broke something.
