kenmarshall.io is run by Ken Marshall Consulting LLC in Portland, Oregon. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it (no hard feelings).

Using what's here

You're welcome to read, share and quote this site with a link back and credit. Please don't copy whole pages, republish them as your own or scrape the site in bulk.

The words, photos, design and the cairn logo belong to Ken Marshall Consulting LLC unless a page says otherwise. Other companies' names and trademarks belong to them.

What I write here about AI, search, content and marketing is general information and my opinion. It isn't legal, financial or tax advice, and it isn't tailored to your business until we work together. AI tools and search change fast, so some of it may be out of date by the time you read it.

Testimonials and results

The testimonials on this site are from real clients, attendees and readers describing their own experience. Some include specific results. Those are their results. Your results depend on your business, your team, your market and how much of the work you do, and I can't promise you'll see the same numbers. On a call I'll tell you what I think is realistic for you.

If anyone giving a testimonial got something in return, like a discount or free work, I'll say so next to their quote.

Referral links

Some links to my own courses on Udemy carry a referral code, and I earn money when you buy through them. Those links are marked where they appear. Links to my book go to Amazon, where I earn royalties as the author.

Other sites

This site links to other sites, including Cal.com for booking calls. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Bookings made on Cal.com fall under Cal.com's terms.

Paid work has its own agreement

Intensives, workshops, coaching, speaking and partnerships are covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. I work hard to keep it accurate and online, but I don't guarantee it's error free, always available or right for your purpose.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ken Marshall Consulting LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using this site or relying on its content.

Oregon law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon. If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes

I may update these terms. When I do, I'll change the date at the top. Questions go to ken@kenmarshall.io.
