The Known CEO

You already know things people would pay to hear. Over four sessions we get them out of your head and published under your name.

What's true after the last session

Your thinking lives somewhere people can actually find it, with your name on it.
You know what you sound like when you're being yourself, and you've got it written down.
You've published something you'd happily defend in front of peers who run companies your size.
Your next four posts are drafted, edited and scheduled.
Somebody on your team can keep this running without you touching it.

What you walk away with

All of it finished before we're done. Nothing gets emailed to you three weeks later, which is what usually happens and probably why you've stopped trusting workshops.

Your verbal identity

Your beliefs, your values and the specific language patterns that make you sound like you instead of a press release.

Four messaging pillars

The topics you'll be known for, mapped against what you actually know and what your market needs to hear.

Ten defining stories

The experiences nobody can copy, written down and ready to pull from whenever you need one.

An AI system in your voice

Built on your verbal identity and your stories, so what comes out of it doesn't read like everyone else's AI slop.

A one page brief for your team

Your chief of staff or marketing lead can run the whole thing from it. The handoff takes ten minutes.

How the series runs

Session 1
In the chair. I interview you for an hour and you produce more usable raw material than you've written in the last two years.
Session 2
Out of your head. We build your verbal identity, your pillars and your stories from what you said, in your words rather than mine.
Session 3
The hills you'd die on. I push on what you believe about your industry until the position you've been softening for years is sharp enough to say in public.
Session 4
On the record. We encode your voice into a system your team can run, draft your first posts and you publish.

For leadership teams

Same work, run with your whole leadership team. Every leader gets their own interview and their own verbal identity. Then we build one shared system so your marketing team can turn all of those voices into content without the CEO becoming the bottleneck.

You'll know pretty quick whether this is you

You run a real company and the people who'd buy from you have no idea what you think.
You're excellent across a table and stiff on the page, and you already know it.
You've got a genuine position on your industry that you've been saying the polite version of for years.
You've been meaning to sort out your LinkedIn since roughly 2019 and it's become a running joke with yourself.

What people say after

“This was incredible. Probably one of the most valuable conversations I've ever had in my business life.”Phil Symchych, CEO, The Grumpy CFO

“This was an illuminating experience. I walked away feeling more connected to myself and my business and excited about posting on LinkedIn, something I could never have said before working with Ken.”

Ali Dunn, Enneagram and Leadership Coach

“The way that you have approached each of the calls that we've had, it's like we've known each other for a long time... I feel like I can talk to you like I'm talking to a friend.”

Matt Sprang, Business and Executive Coach

“You're brilliant and exactly what I needed at exactly the right time. Appreciate you very much.”

Scott Gauthier, Signature Apparel Group

“I think it's motivating, I would say, and a little bit of liberating as well. I feel like just talking about this, takes a little bit of the pressure off my shoulders.”

Federico Jorge, Founder, Stack Against

“I not only learned a lot about myself, but also my general positioning. It drew out things about me and caused me to learn a lot about things I never thought about.”

Dan Banning, Fractional CMO, Strata Marketing Partners

“I went into this workshop expecting the same-old, same-old; a lot of energy that immediately dissipates when we leave the workshop. I was wrong, and my expectations were far exceeded... In my case, I have completed actions in the two days after the workshop.”

Mark Neuhausen, Get Unstuck workshop

“This morning it took me about 90 minutes to get my first four posts edited and scheduled with a picture added.”

By the last session, they'll know what you think

No pitch. If it's not right for you, I'll say so.
