Someone you trust to keep you doing the next right things
Every founder needs someone who knows them, keeps them doing the next right things and makes sure those things get done over time. Especially when you're a solo founder or an early stage exec. I've been there and done that, with 3 exits and way more failures.
How it works
- Twice a month
- A call where we look at what you said you'd do, what got done and what's next. I'll ask the questions you've been avoiding.
- Every week
- An async check-in. You tell me what shipped and what didn't. I reply with a nudge, a question or a kick in the pants, whichever you need.
- Over time
- I get to know you, your business and your habits, so the advice gets sharper every month.
Who this is for
What founders say
“Today was actually my 10th day in a row posting. That's a record! Talking things through with you definitely helped me get there!”
“I think that chat inspired me to lean more toward a product-forward freelance plan than consulting-forward, more than you know. Thanks for helping bring that clarity to my life.”
“Ken, thank you for taking the time, man. I'm hugely grateful for your messages and I really wasn't expecting this level guidance and support.”
“I think it's motivating, I would say, and a little bit of liberating as well. I feel like just talking about this, takes a little bit of the pressure off my shoulders.”
